EPF Contribution Submission Guide
How to submit EPF contribution via i-Akaun (Employer) portal
Follow these step-by-step instructions to submit EPF contribution through EPF i-Akaun (Employer) portal:
Step 1: Log In
Visit EPF Employer Portal: https://secure.kwsp.gov.my/employer/employer/login and login using your registered credentials.
Step 2: Submit Contribution
On the homepage, click “Submit Contribution”.
Step 3: Select Contribution Month
Choose the applicable contribution month and click “Next” to proceed.
Step 4: Employee Wages Information
Enter the employee wage amount. The contribution amount will be auto-calculated.
To add new employee, click “Add Employee”.
To remove a resigned employee, click dustbin icon.
Tick the declaration box and click “Next” to proceed payment.
Step 5: Proceed with Payment
Select your preferred payment method and click “Proceed” to complete the payment.
Step 6: Download Form A and Receipt
Go to “Transaction History”, select “Contribution” and download the required documents (Form A or Receipt).
Step 7: Download EPF Statement
Go to “Contribution Statement”, select the year and click “Search”. Download the desired statement.
